Privacy Policy

We are a security consultancy — data protection is not a footnote here.

Short version

This website uses no cookies, no tracking or analytics tools, and loads no content from external services. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own server. Personal data only arises when you write to us — and we store nothing additional for it.

Processing of personal data on this website

When you access this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, time of access, requested page, browser type). This data is required for the operation of the website and is stored in server log files for up to 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymised. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

Contact form and contact

Our contact form does not transmit your details to a server. Instead, when you submit it, your email app opens with a preformatted message. Only when you send it do your details (name, company, email, optionally phone, subject and message) reach us by email. We process these solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Your email is deleted when it is no longer necessary for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies on this website — neither our own nor third-party ones. No tracking, analytics services or personalised advertising tools are used. There is no embedding of external content (no external fonts, no video services, no maps, no social media widgets). As a result, no tracking data traffic with third companies arises.

Hosting

This website is served via Cloudflare Inc. (one data centre in the EU, Frankfurt am Main). The data generated (in particular IP addresses) is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and performant operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Security

This website uses HTTPS. Your connection to us is encrypted.

Your rights

Within the scope of applicable law you have the right to

  • access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

You can withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

Supervisory authority
